One of Dunlop's most popular cross-ply tire designs, the B5 became the default choice for many British saloons and sports cars from the 1930s into the post-war period. As such, it remained in production for the vintage car market until Fort Dunlop's final closure in the 21st century! Its distinctive tread pattern and square shoulder make it easily recognizable. Ensign developed a B5 pattern replacement tire through its historic relationship with Dunlop and using original molds. The result is manufactured in the UK as the Ensign B5 and comes in various sizes to suit 17, 18, 19 and 20 inch wheels. This Ensign B5 in size 650/700-19 is an ideal tire for the Rolls Royce Phantom II; the Armstrong Siddeley special; and the Hupmobiles of the early 1930s. This is a tube tire.
