Dunlop's signature quality, crossply tire of the 1930s, the F4 was the fitment of choice for the most luxurious cars of the era. As such, it remained in production for the vintage car market until Fort Dunlop's final closure in the 21st century! Its sculpted side and shoulder are extremely recognizable and a symbol of quality. Ensign developed an F4 replacement tire through its historic relationship with Dunlop, and using original molds. The result is manufactured in the UK as the Ensign F4 and comes in various sizes to suit 17-21 inch wheels. This Ensign F4 tire in size 700-21 is the ideal tire for: Bentley 6 ½ and 8 liters; Rolls Royce Phantom I and later model Silver Ghost. This is a cross-ply tube tire.
